About Carrier Wireless
Who we are, what we sell, and how we think about selling digital connectivity: instant delivery, prepaid pricing, and real support from people who understand the products.

Carrier Wireless sells connectivity you can use in the next five minutes: prepaid eSIM data plans, VPN subscriptions and mobile refills, delivered to your inbox instead of to your doorstep.
What we do
Everything in our catalogue is digital, and everything is prepaid. You buy a fixed thing for a fixed price — five gigabytes, six months, thirty dollars of credit — and that is the end of the transaction. There is no contract to leave, no subscription quietly renewing on a card we kept, and no bill arriving later with charges you did not expect.
Three product families cover almost everything people ask us for:
- eSIM data plans for the United States and Europe, so a traveller can land with working data and their own number still switched on.
- VPN subscriptions for people who work on public Wi-Fi, travel through networks they do not control, or simply prefer their traffic to be their own business.
- Mobile refills for topping up a prepaid US number from anywhere in the world — either as a PIN you redeem yourself, or applied directly to the number by our team.
How we work
Delivery is measured in minutes, not days. eSIM QR codes, VPN credentials and refill PINs are issued automatically the moment a payment clears. They appear on a private order page and in your inbox at the same time, and they stay on that page for as long as the order exists, so losing an email is never a crisis.
Prices are honest about what you get. Every allowance, validity window and fair-use limit is written on the product page before you pay, in plain language. If a plan slows down after a certain amount of data, we say so on the page rather than in a footnote.
Support is staffed by people who use these products. Most eSIM problems are a settings issue — a line left off, roaming disabled, an APN that did not populate — and they take a couple of messages to solve. We would much rather fix your connection than process your refund, so talk to us first.
Security is not a feature we advertise
An unsold eSIM activation code is, in a very literal sense, the product. Ours are encrypted at rest, never written to a log file, never placed in a URL, and never shown to a member of staff who does not have an explicit, audited reason to look. Card details never touch our servers at all — payments go directly to Stripe, PayPal or our cryptocurrency processor.

Questions before you buy, or a problem after? The contact page reaches our support team directly, and we answer every message. If you have already ordered, quoting your order number gets you a faster answer — you can find it with order lookup if the email has gone astray.
