1. These terms

2. What we sell

We sell digital connectivity products: prepaid eSIM data plans, VPN subscriptions and mobile top-ups. We are a reseller. The underlying network, VPN service or carrier balance is provided by a third party, and its own terms apply to your use of it alongside these.

3. Eligibility

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the delivery email or make the product available on your order page, whichever happens first. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the product is unavailable, if the listing carried a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud, or if supplying you would break the law.

5. Prices and payment

6. Delivery

Automatic products — eSIM profiles, VPN credentials and refill PINs — are delivered to your order page and by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Direct mobile refills are performed manually and are normally completed within 4 hours of payment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by a payment provider's review, a supplier outage, or an incorrect email address are outside our control.

7. Your responsibilities

• Device compatibility. Check before you buy that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. We publish this on every product page.
• Correct details. You are responsible for the email address and, for refills, the destination phone number you provide. Credit applied to a valid but incorrect number cannot be recovered.
• Coverage. Buy a plan for the region you are travelling to. Plans do not work outside their stated coverage.
• Keeping codes safe. Activation codes, credentials and PINs are bearer instruments — anyone who has them can use them. Do not post them publicly or share them with people you do not trust.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use anything bought here to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attack or gain unauthorised access to any system, to infringe intellectual property, or in breach of the underlying provider's own terms. We may suspend or terminate a service used this way without refund.

Resale of our products is not permitted without our prior written agreement.

9. Service limitations

Mobile networks and VPN services are not guaranteed to be continuously available. Speeds, coverage and availability vary with location, network congestion, your device and the underlying operator. Unlimited plans are subject to the fair-use terms printed on their product page. We do not warrant that any particular website, application or streaming service will work over a VPN.

10. Cancellation and refunds

See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Statutory rights that apply to you are not affected.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or missed opportunities resulting from a service outage.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish it without permission. Third-party carrier and product names are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what we sell.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order.

14. Governing law
