PIN or direct — which one do I want?

Choose a direct refill when you are topping up someone else's phone and want it to simply work: you enter their number at checkout, our team applies the credit, and they get a confirmation from their carrier. Choose a PIN refill when you want the code itself — to send to somebody, to keep for later, or to redeem yourself at a moment of your choosing. PIN codes are delivered instantly and automatically; direct refills are processed by a person.

Getting the number right

This is the one detail we cannot check for you. Enter the number in full international format — the country code, then the number, with no spaces or dashes. A US number looks like +12025550123. Credit sent to a mistyped number lands on a real stranger's account and cannot be recovered, so read it back before you pay.

Make sure the carrier matches too. A refill for one carrier cannot be applied to a number on another, and if the phone has been ported to a different network the refill will fail. If you are not certain which network a number is on, ask before ordering rather than after.

How long it takes

PIN refills arrive with your delivery email, normally within a minute of payment. Direct refills are queued for our team and are usually applied within thirty minutes during opening hours. You will get an email when the top-up has been confirmed, and a different one — with a full refund — if the carrier rejects it.
