How It Works
From choosing a plan to using it: how ordering, payment, instant delivery and activation work for eSIMs, VPN subscriptions and mobile refills.

Four steps, and the longest one is deciding which plan you want.
1. Choose what you need
Pick a product from eSIM data plans, VPN subscriptions or mobile refills. Every product page lists exactly what you get — the allowance, how long it lasts, which network or which countries it covers, and anything that is deliberately not included. Read the compatibility section on eSIM pages before you buy: your phone has to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
2. Check out
You do not need an account. Guest checkout asks for an email address, because that is where your product is going, and nothing else that is not required by the payment method. Creating an account is worth it if you buy regularly — it keeps every order and every activation detail in one place.
Pay by card through Stripe, with PayPal, or in cryptocurrency. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own form and never reach our servers.
If you are ordering a direct mobile refill, checkout also asks for the
destination phone number. Enter it in full international format — for a US
number that is +1 followed by the ten digits, with no spaces or
dashes — and check it twice. Credit applied to a wrong but valid number cannot
be recovered.
3. Receive your product
As soon as the payment is confirmed, delivery happens automatically:
- eSIM — a QR code plus the activation details in text form, in case you want to install on the same phone you are reading this on.
- VPN — the username, password and any licence key, with a link to the apps.
- Refill PIN — the redemption code and instructions for entering it.
- Direct refill — a confirmation that we have your request. A person applies the credit, usually within 30 minutes during opening hours and always within 4 hours, and you get a second email once the carrier confirms it.
Everything appears on a private order page as well as in the email. Bookmark the link, or find it again later with order lookup.
4. Activate
For an eSIM, follow the setup guide — there are device-specific walkthroughs for iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and Android in general. Install while you still have Wi-Fi, ideally before you travel; the plan's validity does not start until the eSIM first connects to a network.
For a VPN, install the app for your platform, sign in with the credentials we sent, and connect. The VPN setup guide covers every platform and the settings worth turning on.
For a refill PIN, dial the carrier's refill number from the phone or enter the code in the carrier's online account page. The exact steps are on your product page and in the delivery email.
If something goes wrong
Contact us with your order number. eSIM activation problems are almost always fixable — a line switched off, data roaming disabled, or a network selection that needs a nudge — and we would rather walk you through it than leave you without data. Our refund policy explains what happens when a product genuinely cannot be made to work.
