Why buy from Carrier Wireless

Prepaid should mean simple. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Instant eSIM delivery

Your QR code and activation details land on the confirmation page and in your inbox as soon as payment clears — typically under a minute, day or night. Nothing is shipped, so nothing gets lost.

Know the network before you pay

Each listing names the carrier, the data allowance, the validity window and whether hotspot, calls and texts are included. If a plan is data only, we say so on the page rather than in an email afterwards.

No contract, no credit check

Prepaid means prepaid. Buy one plan for one trip and walk away, or come back and stack another. There is no subscription quietly renewing in the background.

Your card details stay with your bank

Payments run through established processors over an encrypted connection. Card numbers never touch our servers, and we never store them.

Pay the way you prefer

Major cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency are all accepted at checkout. Prices are shown in USD with the total confirmed before you commit — no surprise fee on the last screen.

Help from someone who has done it

Stuck on installation or unsure whether your handset is eSIM-ready? Email support@carrierwireless.com and a person who knows the product will answer.

How an eSIM works, start to finish

An eSIM is a SIM card built into your phone. Instead of a plastic chip, you install a profile — and that takes about four minutes.

  1. Check your phone is eSIM-ready and unlocked

Most handsets released since 2018 support eSIM, including recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. Your phone also has to be carrier-unlocked. Our setup guide lists the compatible models and shows you how to check in two taps.

  2. Pick your destination, allowance and validity

Filter by country, data and number of days. Buy a light plan for a weekend or an unlimited plan for a long trip — the validity clock normally starts when the eSIM connects to a network, not when you buy.

  3. Scan the QR code we send you

Payment confirmed, delivery follows immediately. Open your phone's mobile-data settings, choose to add an eSIM, and scan the code from the confirmation page or your email. Do this on Wi-Fi before you travel.

  4. Land, switch on data roaming, done

Set the new eSIM as your data line and turn on data roaming for that line only. Your home number stays on your usual SIM for calls and texts, so nothing changes for the people trying to reach you.

Secure VPN subscriptions

Public Wi-Fi is convenient. It is not private.

Hotel lobbies, airport lounges and café networks are shared with everyone else on them. A VPN encrypts your traffic before it leaves your device, so what you bank, book and send stays between you and the site you are using.

  • Cover your laptop, phone and tablet on one subscription
  • Keep access to the services you already pay for while abroad
  • Credentials delivered instantly — set up in a couple of minutes

Buying here is safe, and here is why

Encrypted from end to end

The whole site runs over HTTPS, and checkout is handed to a certified payment processor. Your card number is never seen or stored by us.

Codes released once, to you

eSIM profiles, VPN credentials and refill PINs are held encrypted and released only to the paid order that bought them. Nothing sensitive ever appears in a link or a log.

Recoverable after the fact

Lost the email? Look your order up with its number and the address you used, any time — order lookup is always open.

Questions we get asked a lot

How fast is delivery?

Everything we sell is digital and almost everything is automatic. eSIM QR codes, VPN credentials and refill PINs are normally on your order page and in your inbox within a minute of the payment clearing. Direct mobile refills are applied by a person and usually take under 30 minutes during opening hours.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest and we will email you a private link to your order. Creating an account keeps all your orders and activation details in one place, which is worth doing if you buy regularly.

How can I pay?

Card payments through Stripe, PayPal, and a range of cryptocurrencies. We never store your card details — they go straight to the payment provider and never touch our servers.

Will an eSIM work on my phone?

It needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. iPhone XR/XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later all qualify, along with many recent Motorola, Sony and Xiaomi models. Dial *#06# — if an EID is listed, your phone has eSIM hardware.

What if something goes wrong?

Contact us with your order number. Most eSIM problems are a settings issue we can walk you through in a few minutes. If we cannot get a product working and it has not been used, we refund it.

Can I get my activation details again later?

Yes. They stay on your secure order page for as long as the order exists. Use the link in your delivery email, sign in to your account, or use the order lookup page.
