About this refill

Add thirty dollars of credit to a T-Mobile prepaid account from anywhere in the world. You give us the number at checkout and we apply the top-up directly — there is no code to pass on and nothing for the person holding the phone to do.

This is the simplest way to keep a relative's or a colleague's prepaid phone in service when you are not in the same country. They get their carrier's usual confirmation message; you get an email from us as soon as the credit lands.

The credit goes onto the account balance and follows T-Mobile's own rules for prepaid balances and plan renewals.

How it works

Enter the destination number at checkout in full international format, for example +12025550123. After payment we create a refill request, our team applies the credit, and you receive a confirmation email. If the carrier rejects the top-up you are refunded in full.

Before you buy — compatibility

The number must be an active T-Mobile US prepaid account. Numbers on other carriers, postpaid accounts, and numbers that have been ported away from T-Mobile cannot be refilled with this product.

Redeeming your refill

Enter the T-Mobile prepaid number at checkout in full international format (+1 followed by the ten-digit number, no spaces or dashes). Our team applies the credit directly to that account — usually within 30 minutes during opening hours and always within 4 hours. We email you as soon as it is confirmed.

How do I know it worked?

We email you a confirmation once the carrier accepts the top-up, and the status is shown on your order page. The account holder normally gets a text from T-Mobile as well.

What if the number is on a different carrier?

The top-up will be rejected and we refund you in full. If a number has been ported away from T-Mobile it can no longer be refilled with this product.

Refunds for this product

A refill that the carrier rejects is refunded in full, automatically. Once credit has been successfully applied it cannot be reversed — including when the number was entered incorrectly — so please check the number before paying.
