Before you buy — compatibility

Apps are available for Windows 10 and later, macOS 12 and later, iOS 15 and later, Android 8 and later, Android TV, and Linux via the command-line client. Manual configuration profiles are available for routers that support WireGuard or OpenVPN — a router counts as one device and protects everything behind it.

Setting it up

1. Download the app for your platform from the activation link in your delivery email.
2. Sign in with the username and password we sent you.
3. Pick a location — the nearest one is fastest.
4. Connect. The app confirms when the tunnel is up.
5. Optional: install the WireGuard profile on a compatible router to protect every device in the house at once.

Can I put this on my router?

Yes, if your router supports WireGuard or OpenVPN. A router counts as one of your ten devices and protects everything connected to it, including devices with no VPN app of their own.

What happens at the end of the twelve months?

The account stops working and nothing further is charged. Buy another term whenever you are ready — there is no lapse penalty and no stored payment method.

Refunds for this product

Subscription credentials are treated as used once they have been delivered. If the service will not work for you, contact support within 7 days of purchase — we will troubleshoot first and refund if we cannot get you connected.
