About this eSIM plan

One eSIM, thirty-plus countries, one price. Cross from France into Spain, take a train through Austria into Italy, fly on to Portugal — the plan follows you and connects to the strongest local partner network in each place. There is nothing to swap, nothing to re-buy, and no per-country surcharge.

Twenty gigabytes over thirty days is generous for a European trip: navigation in cities you do not know, train and museum bookings, translation apps, restaurant research, photo uploads and evening streaming all fit comfortably. Hotspot is included, so a travelling companion's laptop or tablet can share it.

Coverage notes

The plan selects a partner network automatically in each country. Data roaming must be switched on for the eSIM line or it will not connect — this is normal for a multi-country plan and incurs no additional charge. Coverage outside the listed countries is not included.

How it works

Install the eSIM at home on Wi-Fi before you fly. When you land anywhere in the coverage area, enable the line and turn on data roaming — roaming is how a multi-country plan attaches to local networks, and it costs nothing extra here. The 30 days start at the first connection.

Before you buy — compatibility

Your phone must support eSIM and must be carrier-unlocked. On an iPhone, check Settings > General > About and look for Carrier Lock — it should read 'No SIM restrictions'. A locked phone will download the profile and then fail to connect, which looks like a broken eSIM but is not one.

Supported devices include iPhone XR/XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, and many recent Motorola, Sony, OPPO and Xiaomi models. If you are unsure, dial *#06# — a phone with eSIM support will show an EID alongside the IMEI.

Installation and activation

1. Connect to Wi-Fi and keep this page open on another screen.
2. iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.
Android: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add eSIM.
Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM.
3. Scan the QR code from your delivery email. To install on the same phone, choose to enter the details by hand and paste the activation code instead.
4. Label the plan something you will recognise, such as Travel.
5. Set Cellular Data to the new plan and leave your home line as the default voice line.
6. Turn Data Roaming ON for the new plan. This is required, and it costs nothing extra — the plan is prepaid.
7. Turn OFF cellular data on your home line so it cannot be used by accident.

Activation: Validity starts on first connection to a partner network.

If data does not start on its own, set the APN manually to internet for this line.

Does the plan work in the United Kingdom?

Yes. The United Kingdom is included alongside the EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. The complete list is shown on this page.

Why do I have to turn on data roaming?

A multi-country plan connects to a local partner network in each country, and your phone classifies that as roaming. Leaving it off is the most common reason a Europe eSIM shows 'No Service'. It does not cost anything extra — the plan is prepaid.

Can I use it on a cruise or on a plane?

No. Satellite and maritime networks are separate services and are not covered. The plan works on land inside the listed countries.

Refunds for this product

Because an eSIM profile can only be downloaded once, it is treated as used the moment it is installed. We will refund an unused eSIM in full if you contact us before installing it. If the profile has been installed and will not connect, contact support before requesting a refund — most activation problems are settings, and we can usually fix them in a few minutes.
