About this eSIM plan

This is the plan to buy when you do not want to think about data at all. Stream what you like, back up your photos at full resolution, run video calls all afternoon and keep a laptop tethered — for fifteen days, none of it comes off a balance.

Unlimited here means unlimited data, on a network-managed basis. Speeds are prioritised for the first 50 GB in any 15-day period; past that you keep working, but during busy periods on a congested cell your traffic may be slower than other users' until the network quietens down. In ordinary use almost nobody reaches that point.

It suits short, heavy trips: a fortnight of conference travel, a family holiday running off one hotspot, or a fortnight of remote work where losing connectivity is not an option.

Coverage notes

Nationwide coverage with 5G in covered areas. High-speed data is prioritised for the first 50 GB in each 15-day period; beyond that, speeds may be reduced during network congestion. Hotspot use draws on the same allowance.

How it works

Install from the QR code before you fly, then enable the line on arrival. The 15 days begin at the first network connection. Hotspot is included and shares the same unlimited allowance.

Before you buy — compatibility

Your phone must support eSIM and must be carrier-unlocked. On an iPhone, check Settings > General > About and look for Carrier Lock — it should read 'No SIM restrictions'. A locked phone will download the profile and then fail to connect, which looks like a broken eSIM but is not one.

Supported devices include iPhone XR/XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, and many recent Motorola, Sony, OPPO and Xiaomi models. If you are unsure, dial *#06# — a phone with eSIM support will show an EID alongside the IMEI.

Installation and activation

1. Connect to Wi-Fi and keep this page open on another screen.
2. iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.
Android: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add eSIM.
Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM.
3. Scan the QR code from your delivery email. To install on the same phone, choose to enter the details by hand and paste the activation code instead.
4. Label the plan something you will recognise, such as Travel.
5. Set Cellular Data to the new plan and leave your home line as the default voice line.
6. Turn Data Roaming ON for the new plan. This is required, and it costs nothing extra — the plan is prepaid.
7. Turn OFF cellular data on your home line so it cannot be used by accident.

Activation: Validity starts on first connection to the network.

If data does not start on its own, set the APN manually to broadband for this line.

Questions about USA Unlimited eSIM - 15 Days

Is unlimited really unlimited?

There is no hard cap and no overage charge, so you will never be cut off or billed extra. High-speed data is prioritised for the first 50 GB in each 15-day period; after that your traffic may be deprioritised when a cell is busy. Most customers never notice.

Can I extend it past 15 days?

Not on the same profile. Buy another plan and install it as a second eSIM when this one expires — your phone can hold several profiles and you switch between them in settings.

Does hotspot use count differently?

No. Tethered devices draw on the same unlimited allowance under the same fair-use terms.

Refunds for this product

Because an eSIM profile can only be downloaded once, it is treated as used the moment it is installed. We will refund an unused eSIM in full if you contact us before installing it. If the profile has been installed and will not connect, contact support before requesting a refund — most activation problems are settings, and we can usually fix them in a few minutes.
